These terms apply when you use Grand Laundry's services in Abu Dhabi, whether you book through this website, by WhatsApp, by phone or at our shop.

Booking, pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery are free in Abu Dhabi unless we tell you otherwise when you book. We agree a pickup time with you and do our best to keep to it. Please make sure someone is available to hand over and receive the items.

Prices and payment

The price depends on the items and the service. We confirm the price when we see the items. Offers and discounts apply only to the services named in the offer and cannot be combined unless we say so.

Before you hand over your items

• Empty all pockets and remove anything valuable.
• Tell us about stains, existing damage, loose buttons or delicate details.
• Keep items that need different care in separate bags where you can.

How we clean

We follow the care label and our judgement of the fabric. Some stains cannot be removed completely, and some garments have weaknesses that only show during cleaning, such as worn fabric, unstable dyes or faulty manufacturing. If we see a risk before we start, we will tell you.

Turnaround

We confirm the expected return time when you book. Same-day service is available on request and depends on the items and the time of collection.

If something is not right

Please check your items when they are delivered. If you are not happy with the cleaning, or you believe an item is missing or damaged, contact us by phone or WhatsApp on 055 220 3340 as soon as possible. Our team will review it and work with you to resolve it.

Uncollected items

Please collect or accept delivery of your items promptly. Contact us if you need us to hold them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
