Grand Laundry is open every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Our shop is at Shop 3, Ramhan Tower, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, Al Zahiyah, Abu Dhabi, near Electra Park. You can walk in or book a free pickup instead.

The 25% offer applies to sneaker cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain cleaning and wedding gown cleaning. Mention the offer when you book.

We use eco-friendly detergents that are gentle on fabrics and safe for your family.

We handle every garment with care. In the rare case of damage, contact us by phone or WhatsApp and our team will review it and resolve it with you.

Tell us. If you're not happy with the wash or dry cleaning, we'll re-wash your items for free.

Check the care label. Garments marked "dry clean only", and most suits, lined jackets, silk, wool and embellished pieces, should be dry cleaned. If you are unsure, send it with your order and we will check the label and the fabric.

It depends on the garment and the stains. Tell us when you need it and we will confirm the turnaround when you book. Same-day service is available on request.

Wash and fold is machine washing in water for everyday items such as T-shirts, towels and bedding. Dry cleaning uses a solvent instead of water and is for delicate or structured garments such as suits, silk and wool.

Wash and fold items come back folded, not ironed. If you want pieces pressed, add our ironing and pressing service to the same pickup.

Yes. Send clean clothes for pressing only and we will return them on hangers or folded.

Yes. Kanduras, ghutras, abayas and sheilas are pressed according to the fabric and returned on hangers.

We collect the carpet, clean and dry it at our facility, and deliver it back. Pickup and delivery are free in Abu Dhabi.

It depends on the size and material of the carpet, because it must dry fully before delivery. We confirm the return date when we collect it.

Most stains and odours improve a lot with a deep wash. Some old or set-in stains may not lift completely, and we will tell you what to expect when we see the carpet.

Yes. Blackout and lined curtains need a gentler method than plain cotton, so we check the lining first and clean it in the way that protects the coating.

Yes. Removing and re-fixing your curtains is free with curtain cleaning, and so are pickup and delivery. Tell us how many windows you have when you book.

We check the fabric and care label before choosing how to clean each curtain, which is the best protection against shrinking. If a fabric carries a risk, we tell you before we start.

Shoe and sneaker cleaning starts from AED 22.50 a pair. Pickup and delivery are free when you send 3 pairs or more.

Yes. White uppers and soles are cleaned by hand. Yellowing from age or sunlight may not disappear completely, and we will tell you what to expect when we see the pair.

Yes, with products made for those materials. Suede and leather are never soaked, so they keep their texture and shape.

As soon as possible after the wedding. Stains from make-up, food, drinks and perspiration are much easier to remove before they set.

Yes. We inspect the beading, lace and seams first and choose the method that protects them. If any detail carries a risk, we explain it before we start.

Yes. We can press or steam a gown before the day, or freshen a dress that has been in storage. Book early so there is time before your event.

Yes. Leather is cleaned with products made for it, not washed in water. We check the finish first because aniline, nubuck and coated leathers behave differently.

Many marks on suede can be improved, but oil and ink are difficult and may not come out fully. Send a photo and we will tell you what to expect.

Leather and suede dry naturally, away from heat, so they take longer than normal garments. We confirm the return date when you book.

Follow the care label. As a general guide, many people clean duvets and comforters a few times a year, and more often for allergy sufferers or homes with pets. Covers and sheets need washing far more often than the duvet itself.

Yes. Down and feather fillings are washed gently and dried thoroughly so the filling does not clump.

Yes. Pillows, blankets, bedspreads and mattress protectors can all be included in the same pickup.
