Why send your carpets to us?

Carpets hold dust, sand and allergens that a vacuum cleaner does not reach. A proper wash removes the dirt from deep in the pile and brings the colours back.

Because we take the carpet away to clean it, it is washed and dried completely before it returns, with no damp carpet left on your floor.

Before we collect

Send us the size of the carpet and a photo on WhatsApp, and tell us about pet stains or spills. We will tell you what to expect before we collect it.

Not sure what a care label means? See the international care symbols guide (GINETEX).
